When you contact me, I use your name if you give it, your contact details and what you tell me to answer your enquiry, arrange a session, reschedule or cancel it. I do not ask for medical information in messages.

I keep our booking history so that I can refer to our previous arrangements when you return. My legal basis for keeping this history is my legitimate interest in working with returning clients (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). I need the history while we remain in touch about sessions or while a question about a previous booking remains open. Once neither applies, I no longer have grounds to retain the conversation for this purpose. You may object to this use of your booking history at any time by emailing me at the address above.
