What brings you to a session
There are three approaches: work with tension and stiffness, massage for physical activity, and a calm session for relaxation. You do not need to choose the technique yourself. Simply say you would like to book a massage.
Before starting, Olga will ask about your expectations and limitations. You can ask for a change in pressure or a break at any time.
Your first visit
First, you will discuss the purpose of the visit and any recommendations from your doctor. Olga will then suggest an approach and a comfortable intensity. Afterwards, you can discuss how you feel and whether another visit would be useful; there is no compulsory course.
If the cause of pain is unclear, you feel acutely unwell or have new, unusual symptoms, please seek medical advice first. Massage does not replace diagnosis or prescribed treatment.
How I use your booking details
I am Olga Khristova, the person responsible for your personal data when you book a massage in Limassol. You can contact me about your data at olgatervis@gmail.com.
When you contact me, I use your name if you give it, your contact details and what you tell me to answer your enquiry, arrange a session, reschedule or cancel it. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract and performing that contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). To book, I only need a way to reach you and a time that suits you. I do not ask for medical information in messages.
Your message goes through the service you choose. For details of how each provider handles data, including transfers outside the European Economic Area, see the privacy notices for WhatsApp, Telegram or Google (Gmail).
You can email me to obtain a copy of your data, correct it or request erasure, restriction of processing or data portability where applicable. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Cyprus Commissioner for Personal Data Protection.
I keep our booking history so that I can refer to our previous arrangements when you return. My legal basis for keeping this history is my legitimate interest in working with returning clients (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). I need the history while we remain in touch about sessions or while a question about a previous booking remains open. Once neither applies, I no longer have grounds to retain the conversation for this purpose. You may object to this use of your booking history at any time by emailing me at the address above.
Prices and location
A 60 minute session — €60; 90 minute session — €90. Sessions take place by appointment in Limassol: Douriou Ippou 2, Germasogeia, Lemesos 4046. We will agree on the time and place personally.
